Dr. Sirakov reported on their clinical and technical experience with the novel Cascade Non-Occlusive Remodeling Net at the AVM Win 2022 Meeting in Val d’Isere. An interesting series of successfully treated cases of acutely ruptured aneurysm was shared, and the unique features of the device were highlighted.
Great to see that the Cascade became an important component of their toolkit 👍
