“Is this HEALTHY?” The real question is: “Is this health food best for YOUR Health GOAL?!!!”

LETS discuss this week!!!! There’s so many possible medicinal properties in both coffee and tea:). The question most folks have is: “To caffeinate, or Not…💁🏻‍♀️?” That answer is as broad as the amount of people that are asking it. The big question of using stimulants can more specifically be answered according to time of day and individual stress levels. If we’re going to caffeinate, it’s best to delay that caffeinating until at least an hour after upon waking. And with respect to our need to fall asleep at night or rest….. well, it is best to know your own tolerance for when you need to cut off caffeine. Do a one-time experiment and see how it goes! Bottom line is if you need caffeine to get through the day, there is deficiency, or many Deficiencies that NEED to be addressed well before you can answer the question of how much caffeine is appropriate.

We made our own corn chips with only HEALTHY oils and NO MSG; olive oil, Himalayan salt, and our own spice blend at home. The vegetable oils that are in most chips (even the healthy ones) are vegetable oils that Dysregulate and throw off insulin and blood sugar. This was simple and easy to do from just some tortillas, which had a small amount of preservatives, but none of the unhealthy oils. And they were so delicious. Stay with oils that come from fruits: coconut, olive avocado, instead of the ones that come from vegetables: soy, canola, etc.
