Out with the old, in with the new!

I thought this build would be a bit more challenging (, with the weather today reaching close to 100°F) but thankfully my clients were thoughtful enough to constantly bring me ice water and it didn't take that long. By far though, the best part was seeing my clients reaction to having so much more storage space!

Make sure to always have a proper cover to your drain pipes on your mirpeset to save yourselves a mess or worse, water backing up and flooding your home, as was the case with this client.

A client recently asked me to check why their exhaust fan wasn't working. I was pretty shocked at the amount of dirt, pine needles, and garbage I found in the piping behind the motor( which ultimately caused the motor to burn out) . Apparently, the piping was completely exposed on the exterior wall of the home and the birds decided it would make a lovely home.
Point of the story... Always make sure that proper covers are installed on the outside of your home to prevent needless monetary loss or Gd forbid real safety issues.
