We have had a great response so far to the classes in Wexford town, thank you to everyone who has helped spread the word. It is very much appreciated!

If you haven't had a chance to book in yet for our Tuesday morning open day you may be lucky, send us a message and we will get right back to you. We will also have a Friday morning class so we may run a second open day depending on numbers. Our 6 week courses will start Tuesday 24th & Friday 27th of January.

I've been working with Fiona, a busy Mum of 2 little ladies under the age of 5, who works from home and has had an array of sleepless nights over the past 6 weeks during the better health program. I just wanted say well done to you, a huge well done. You should be very proud. You have come so far, achieved so much whilst managing your busy life.
