Tralee Boxing Club

Thank you to Sliabh luachra boxing club Castleisland for having us all over to Spar last night, some great rounds for everyone. 💪🥊💚

A big thank you to The Quality Framing Company & Fine Art Imaging Services for helping us restore and beautifully frame this special collage of photos from when Katie Taylor and Queen Underwood were in Tralee! 🥊

It means a lot to us to be able to preserve these memories and now have them proudly displayed in the club for everyone to see and enjoy.

A very special piece of Tralee Boxing Club history, and we’re delighted to have it hanging on our walls.

Thank you again from everyone at Tralee Boxing Club for helping us give these memories the home they deserve. ❤️🥊

🥊 KERRY COUNTY BOARD AGM 🥊

Last week, we attended the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 29th September, with representatives from all seven boxing clubs across Kerry in attendance.

It was fantastic to see the clubs representing their shared commitment to the continued development and strengthening of boxing throughout the County.

All of us at Tralee Boxing Club look forward to working together with all seven Kerry clubs - boxers, coaches, officials and volunteers! We look forward to continuing to build the future of Kerry Boxing into a strong, inclusive and positive future.

Here’s to another year of working together and supporting the growth of boxing across the county! 🥊

A big thank you to the Kerry County Boxing Board for all their hard work organising the County Awards at the weekend 🥊

It was a fantastic, very well-organised event and a great opportunity to see so many clubs and boxers from across Kerry come together and celebrate their achievements.

Well done to everyone involved in putting the event together, and congratulations to everyone who received an award - very well deserved! 👏

From everyone here at Tralee Boxing Club, thank you for a great evening!

Yesterday we had the pleasure of attending the Kerry County Awards, held in Sliabh luachra boxing club Castleisland and run by the Kerry County Boxing Board

It was fantastic to see so many clubs come together to celebrate boxing in Kerry and showcase some of the county’s talented young boxers.

We were very proud to have Dylan, Chris and Paxton represent Tralee Boxing Club in exhibitions throughout the day, and a special congratulations to Romas, who received Most Improved Boxer Award - a fantastic achievement and a reflection of all the hard work he has put in. 👏

A huge thank you to Sliabh Luachra Boxing Club and the Kerry County Boxing Board for organising such a brilliant day, and to everyone involved in making it happen.

And finally, a massive thank you to all the boxers who showed up, got involved and put in the effort to help make it such a great day for the club. 🥊

Proud to be part of the Kerry boxing community.

There’s something about getting in the ring for the first time… once you catch the bug, it stays with you forever. 🥊

We’re delighted to see so many of our younger members starting their boxing journey, building confidence and taking those first steps into sparring.

Here’s some of our young boxers who started their sparring journey with one of our long-time coaches, Noel. It’s brilliant to see the next generation coming through and learning from coaches who have been part of the club for so many years.

🥊 From learning to teaching…

There’s something extra special about seeing one of our coaches, Leila, teaching one of our young boxers, Princess, how to spar. ❤️

Leila came through Tralee Boxing Club herself from around the same age as Princess, and now she’s passing on what she’s learned to the next generation.

It’s brilliant to see our younger boxers growing, learning and eventually helping to guide the next generation coming through the club.

The future of Tralee Boxing Club is looking bright! 🥊
