As some of you may know I'm taking part in a workplace charity event where we are raising funds to refurbish a school in rural Nepal and I’d really appreciate your support.

To start off this journey I'm looking for a 10euro donation and you will be added to a
WhatsApp group to motivate each other to move more - to start or continue your own exercise goals for 8 weeks starting TODAY

When you donate I'll add you to the group.
The aim will be to move, (a walk, run, home or gym workout, dance class, anything that suits you) for a minimum of 4 times a week for a minimum of 45 minutes each time.

No one will be chasing you down and checking if you have done the sessions but I will be using the group to be accountable and you can do the same with only positive motivation and congratulations on your achievements of reaching your goals.

For 1 cake a month that I make
I am going to charge 80euro and the full 80 will be given to charity.
