Two projects, one partnership 😎

We are delighted to be working with Forbes Property on a large residential estate with 400+ properties in Tyrellstown.

It all started when Melissa Cooper got in touch with us after Forbes & Boyle took over the management of the estate. Our first project was a major deep clean across the common areas of 6 apartment blocks, getting the shared spaces back to a high standard.

And last week, we started our second project gutter cleaning, fascia & soffit washing and window cleaning across the estate.

We are also delighted to have secured a one-year cleaning contract, covering:

🌧️ Helping clients recover after heavy rainfall 🌧️

The past two weeks have been exceptionally busy for us, following the recent spell of heavy rain. We received three large enquiries involving flooding in sizeable office buildings, where fast action was essential.
Thanks to our industrial carpet cleaning machines, we were able to vacuum up large volumes of water quickly, preventing further damage. Once the water was removed, we carried out a deep carpet clean and used industrial dehumidifiers to ensure that all carpets and affected areas were left completely bone dry.
Quick response, the right equipment, and experience make all the difference in situations like this.

Last week, our team completed an excellent power washing project in Blanchardstown, and I couldn’t be prouder of their hard work and dedication 😎

We successfully:
✅ Power washed 15 staircases across the development
✅ Cleaned approximately 250 gas and electricity box covers

We’re now awaiting approval on a quote for gutter and window cleaning at the same site so fingers crossed 🤞😊

We didn’t slow down over the Christmas break. We completed several larger commercial works, including a project for Primtac LTD.
