New Kundalini Yoga Class Location at McAuley Place in Naas!
I am delighted to share the incredible news that I will hold an one hour healing practise of Kundalini yoga at McAuley place community centre in Naas.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the world of Kundalini, my class is designed to accommodate practitioners of all levels.
Time: July 10 to August 28th. (No class on August 7th)
Monday evening from 7pm to 8pm.
