An amazing day on our rolling workshop!

Bringing paddlers together from Sligo, Cork, Limerick, Kildare, Monaghan, and Wicklow, all meeting on our home turf in Baltinglass.

Starting with 2D dry-land drills and fluidly linking them into 3D practice on the water, we focused on three core fundamentals while also exploring individual concepts tailored to each paddler.

Goal was for everyone to leave with their own personalised toolbox of skills, drills, and ideas to keep developing their roll long after the workshop.

Thanks to everyone who travelled, brought great energy, and put in the work.
