Our Story
Westmeath Transformative Recovery College is a not for profit community organisation established in 2014 in response to the growing needs in the community for mental health and well-being. We offer evidence-based recovery education modules and programmes in mental health and well-being in the heart of our community. As a Recovery College, we want the people of the midlands to live healthy, fulfilling lives, that contribute to a fairer community where everyone can participate independently, with informed choices in their care and supported when in need.
All programmes delivered are co-produced and co-delivered in partnership with professionals and people with lived expertise, family or friends and overseen by an External Quality Assurance Panel by the National Framework.
