WHAT BRINGS YOU JOY? ๐
When we talk about our Reasons to Live, they donโt have to be big or profound.
Maybe itโs your children. Your dog. Your best friend.
Maybe itโs your favourite song, a cup of tea, a Sunday morning lie-in or the first sip of coffee. โ๏ธ
Maybe itโs your favourite place, a good laugh, watching the football, getting out for a walk, cooking, your garden, your job, your hobbies - or simply having something to look forward to.
There are no right or wrong answers.
We want to hear from the average Joe Soap too. What makes you smile? What brings you joy? What makes you feel good about yourself? What makes life feel good?
Tell us in the comments. ๐
Your answer might seem small to you, but it could be exactly the reminder someone else needs today. ๐
Letโs fill the comments with reasons to live, reasons to smile and little moments worth holding onto.

160 STUDENTS. BUZZING ON A MONDAY MORNING! ๐บ๐๐
What a brilliant start to the week at Our Ladyโs Secondary School, Castleblayney, where 160 students took part in a JivinGym workshop.
James gets the students to point to themselves and say: โI am Jivetastic!โ ๐
And one student left us with a brilliant comment, saying that the work LA519 and JivinGym are doing is โJivetastic.โ ๐
That really struck a chord.
Because when everyone comes together, schools, students, teachers, facilitators, communities and organisations - weโre all doing our bit to support and build a healthier, happier and more resilient future generation.
160 students. One Monday morning. One Jivetastic message. ๐
A huge thank you to everyone at Our Ladyโs Secondary School for getting involved!

A WONDERFUL MORNING OF CONNECTION & WELLBEING ๐
On Friday, we were delighted to be part of a wonderful event hosted by Parenting Monaghan at Monaghan Library. ๐
Mairead from LA519 joined the event alongside Wellness From Within, sharing information about the different workshops and wellbeing supports available within our communities.
It was a great opportunity to meet people, chat about mental health and wellbeing, and highlight the work being done to support individuals and families across the community.
A huge thank you to Parenting Monaghan for hosting such a brilliant event and for creating a space where people could come together, connect and learn about the supports available. ๐
Together, we can light the way.

RESILIENCE RANGERS! ๐๐
A little throwback to Week 1 of Resilience Rangers at Gaelscoil Bhreifne, where the children got started with Minding Me, exploring emotions and discovering how our breath can help us manage big feelings. ๐ฌ๏ธ
Through the story Breathing Is My Superpower, the children learned simple calming strategies before getting creative and making their very own breathing windmills. โจ
A brilliant first session filled with fun, creativity and valuable skills that the children can take with them beyond the classroom. ๐
