My son loves mixing all kinds of ingredients together to make ‘soap’. It was usually ‘wipes, toothpaste, some essential oils & some herbs...’ & a touch of magical imagination.

Last year I bought a soap making kit for us to try make the real thing - so today we made some organic lavender (decorated with lavender petals from the garden) for friends & family. He’s so happy with this; and we smell great 😊

Just back from a Bootcamp session* - f@*k, I’m wrecked. It’s some experience. I can barely walk after it.

I’ve a lot of respect for the fitness of an army after doing that. Even actors that have to pretend they’re doing this.

I think Tai Chi is probably better for me. Or maybe just a morning watch a movie on a comfy chair.

* didn’t make it to the end; baked out for the final run...that’s why I’m still alive. 😉
