The recovery room is a relatively new concept to reach Ireland in the last few years. We are so excited to bring to you our athletic recovery service which uses state-of-the-art recovery techniques.
Available in the Recovery Room:
Compression Boots
we use top of the range NORAMTEC compression boots with pulse technology, designed to stimulate circulation and promote venous return and lymph drainage.
Hydrotherapy
Cold Water Immersion
Our bespoke ice bath is 1.2 metres deep and is chilled to 4.5 degrees Celsius.
The cold is a natural anti-inflammatory and pain killer, it also stimulates circulation and increases blood flow to the vital organs.
Hot Water Immersion
Our hot tub is heated to a lovely 40 degrees Celsius.
The heat helps to relax muscles, relieve muscle tension and joint stiffness, reduce stress and promote circulation.
Hot & Cold Contrast Therapy
using the ice bath and hot tub together stimulates circulation, creating an enhanced pumping effect to tissues and organs, which aids the removal of metabolic wastes and brings oxygen and nutrients to all the tissues of the body.
Infrared Sauna
Our custom built 5 person dry sauna, produces low EMF near middle and far Infrared rays.
The heat raises your core temperature, some of the benefits are the removal of heavy metals from the body, stress reduction, reduced joint stiffness, to name but a few.
Foam Rolling & mobility station
We have foam rollers, massage balls and mobility bands.
Foam rolling helps to reduce muscle stiffness and trigger points, maintain healthy range of motion and muscle elasticity.
Mobility bands are used to enhance correct muscle activation during range of motion exercises, helping to increase muscle strength and promote joint stability.
Who Can Use It
Athletic recovery rooms were originally designed for elite athletes to help prevent injury and to aid full body recovery after competition or hard training days.
Infinity Recovery Room is available to use by anybody that is interested sports, training, health, fitness and general wellbeing.
However, there are some restrictions to using some of our equipment, so, if you are pregnant, if you have a history of heart or vascular conditions, if you are under 18 years old, or if you have any other ongoing medical concerns are just aren’t sure, please contact us for guidance before you book.

€54 for 3 Recovery Sessions
€90 for 5 Recovery Sessions
Team/Group/Private Booking €180 for 60 Mins (max 18 pers)
