Our secret to juicy beef burgers bursting with flavour is our dry-aging process. Our beef is matured for a minimum of 28 days - the same process followed by the world’s top steak restaurants - to allow those rich flavours to develop over time. Then, our beef selection is hand minced and formed into 6oz patties ready for grilling 🔥
