This was one of many impressive 3rd year Mechanical Engineering group projects on display at this year's 2018 Engineering Showcase. Its a manual electricity generator, designed for remote 3rd world countries. The P.T.O. shown here converts two way up & down motion from a lever into a constant rotational motion which in turn drivers an electrical generator to power the light bulb.
This was one of the many projects on display at the 2018 Engineering Showcase. This is a 3rd year Mechanical Engineering Group Project. Its based onHydrogel, which starts out as a liquid, but then quickly dries using the heat of your hand. This Group Project created hydrogels that would be used to dispense medicines via your ear canal
