Once we're appointed, the whole renovation sits with us: every trade vetted and scheduled, every invoice handled, every decision that doesn't need you resolved without you.

Strip out. Wiring. Joinery. Carpet.
Four trades in one room, and the client met none of them. The
electrician went in ahead of the joiner, because once that headboard
unit is fixed to the wall nobody's getting behind it for a cable.
Carpet last, after every other trade was out.
That's the part you're handing over when you appoint us — the order of it.

Small rooms are where the discipline of a renovation shows. There is nowhere for a mistake to hide. Proportions matter more, materials read more clearly, and the coordination between plumber, tiler, joiner, and painter has to be precise because every trade is working in a space the size of a walk-in cupboard.
