UL Changemakers is an ambitious international campaign focused on attracting research talent from abroad. It speaks to researchers who are ready to innovate, drive meaningful change, and deliver world-altering research at UL. The main focus for this campaign is digital - across multiple channels and platforms.
It was a pleasure to help shape a visual identity and creative direction that reflects UL’s global outlook, academic excellence, and commitment to impact.

We have exciting projects coming up at Copper Reed and are looking to hire designers who can translate strategy into strong and engaging visual outcomes across brand, digital, strategic publications and motion.

We were delighted to collaborate with ODS Engineering on their recent campaign promoting the launch of their new Graduate Development Programme. This project focused on creating a visually engaging and cohesive campaign that clearly communicated ODS’s values while appealing to emerging graduate talent.
Our scope of work included full creative direction, video editing, and graphic visual design for the main campaign video. From concept development through to final delivery, we ensured the content was dynamic, on-brand, and purpose-driven, with a strong emphasis on storytelling and clarity of message.
We are now amplifying across ODS social media channels, with specific audience targeting. We also created a companion webpage for driving inquiries.

We’re delighted to finally share this 2D animation piece created for the National Teachers’ Professional Journeys (TPJ) Study.
This project brings the TPJ Study to life - a landmark longitudinal research initiative following teachers across Ireland through the first decade of their careers, capturing the moments, challenges and experiences that shape them as educators.
From story-boarding to final animation, our team led the full creative process, including conceptualisation, script development, art direction, illustration, animation and voiceover production. The result is a thoughtful, human-centred piece that highlights the importance of teacher voices and invites early-career teachers to take part and be heard.
We are excited to reveal , our new postgraduate campaign design for the University of Limerick, designed to support effective domestic student recruitment for Autumn 2026.
The flowing lines are the heartbeat of the campaign, acting as the central storytelling device of the visual system. They embody curiosity in motion, always exploring, always progressing, with each path representing a moment of discovery or a shift in thinking. As the lines bend, connect, and branch, they mirror the real academic journeys UL supports: pathways that evolve, open up, and guide learners forward.
The campaign takes a fresh, sector-led approach, using digital-first thinking to engage target audiences and spark curiosity about what postgraduate study at UL can offer.
