I hope you like what you find. I'm an Irish Chartered Physiotherapist, Gaelic Footballer, Gym Owner and general lover of life. I have a lot of allergies and intolerances. I have to avoid most foods and play the asthma flute (take inhalers). On this channel, I document my journey through health, fitness and business. Dia duit, I’m building Wyda — a Celtic movement practice that bridges energy work and physiotherapy, taught through free online courses and an original card game I’m designing.

It’s the seed of something bigger: a book written in limericks, *WYDA: Return of the Children of the Oak*, where every copy funds native riparian forest restoration along the River Shannon — protecting water quality, supporting micro-hydro power, and reviving the Children of the Oak.

Potential long-term vision example; 21-acre site in Ahane, Co. Limerick (home of Ireland’s first secular school) that becomes a wellness centre, nature-integrated nursing home, tree nursery, and creative residency — all rooted in restoring the land and the practice that comes from it.

Please get in touch if you want to be involved.
