Year in Review | In May 2021 we launched our first rapid build project in Limerick City, which will deliver 38 social housing units in Moyross and Southill. This is the Trust's largest housing project to date.

More scaffolding has been removed around the houses as we get them ready to add some of the brick accents.

Our site in Delmege Park is really starting to take shape as the exteriors are being completed and the scaffolding starts to come down.

It is going to be a busy week on site! Our Crews are working hard as they put the finishing touches and begin the external plastering on these 8 Houses. We also have 4 more houses being finished in our factory and delivered to site this week.
That's 12 HOUSES in just12 WEEKS!
