Carl brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services to his role. With a career spanning banking, pensions, financial planning and sales leadership, he has built a reputation for delivering trusted advice and putting clients' needs first.

A lifelong professional in the industry, Carl holds LIB, QFA, EFA and APA (PMI) qualifications. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to helping clients make informed financial decisions and achieve their long-term goals with confidence.

Carl's experience includes senior management positions with both Ulster Bank and Bank of Ireland, where he developed extensive expertise in client relationship management, business development and financial planning. He later established and ran his own regulated financial services firm before managing a pension brokerage on behalf of a UK company, further broadening his knowledge of pensions, investments and wealth planning.

Having consistently performed at a high level throughout his career, Carl is known for his honest, straight-talking approach and strong work ethic. Clients appreciate his ability to explain complex financial matters in a clear and practical way, while colleagues value his experience, leadership and willingness to share his knowledge 🤝

Carl joined the team five months ago as Senior Financial Advisor 🌱 Drawing on decades of industry experience, he works closely with clients to help them build financial plans that support their goals both now and into the future.

Carl has a creative side that many people may not expect 🎵 A passionate musician, he enjoys writing, producing and recording music from his home studio. He plays guitar, keyboards and sings, combining technical skill with creativity and a love of performance. When time allows, he also enjoys getting out for a run and staying active 🏃‍♂️

Caroline brings an exceptional breadth of experience and knowledge to her role at Gallivan Financial 🧡 With a career spanning more than three decades across financial services, asset management and fund administration, she offers clients a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of financial planning and investment markets.

A strong believer in continuous learning and professional development, Caroline is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA), and holds a Higher Diploma in Design Thinking for Sustainability 🎓 Her diverse qualifications reflect both her technical expertise and her passion for helping clients navigate an ever-changing financial landscape.

Before joining Mount Street, Caroline built an impressive career with some of the leading names in the financial services industry, including Mercer Global Investments, Bank of Ireland Securities Services and Ulster Bank Investment Services 📈 Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience across investment management, fund operations, fund administration, client servicing, finance and technology.

Caroline joined Mount Street over two years ago as a Senior Client Administrator and continues to bring the same professionalism, expertise and client-focused approach to every interaction 🌱 She is passionate about understanding each client's individual circumstances and helping them achieve their financial goals through trusted advice and careful planning.

Outside of work, Caroline is a busy mother of three who knows a thing or two about balancing competing priorities! ❤️ She is also a trained beautician and an accomplished horse rider who competed in her younger years 🐎 The discipline, commitment and determination that helped her succeed in equestrian sport continue to shine through in both her professional and personal life.

Introducing the first member of our Sandymount team — Claudia Creane

Claudia brings over a decade of experience in financial services, with expertise in Defined Contribution pension schemes, financial advice, trusteeship and client relationship management. Her knowledge, professionalism and people-first approach have made her a trusted advisor throughout her career.

Originally from Sligo, Claudia holds a BA in Business, International Marketing and Spanish from ATU Sligo 🎓 She spent a year studying at the University of Salamanca in Spain through the Erasmus programme. Claudia is a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA), a Pension Trustee Practitioner and has completed the LIA professional certification in Defined Contribution Pension Scheme Trusteeship 👏

Claudia began her career with Zurich Life Assurance in 2014 as an Account Manager specialising in Defined Contribution group pension schemes. In 2019, she joined Mount Street as a Financial Advisor and Account Manager, where she has played a key role in managing some of Ireland's largest Defined Contribution pension schemes and acts as trustee across a number of death in service schemes. Through her expertise and commitment to clients, Claudia progressed to Director in 2021 🌱

Known for her warm personality, ever-present smile, and ability to build genuine relationships, Claudia takes pride in understanding Gallivan Financial clients' needs and providing trusted guidance built on confidence, transparency and respect 🤝

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys exploring the Wild Atlantic Way, travelling, skiing and sea swimming 🌊⛷️ She is also a keen CrossFit enthusiast and enjoys staying active 💪

Stephen is widely respected within the financial services industry and has advised clients through changing markets, evolving financial landscapes and important life milestones. His approach has always been centred on building long-term relationships and providing clear, practical advice that helps clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Before establishing Doyle Pension & Insurance Management, Stephen held advisory roles with a number of leading financial institutions, gaining extensive experience across financial planning, private client advisory services and group pension consulting. Today, he specialises in helping clients navigate complex financial decisions while developing strategies aligned to their personal, family and business goals.

Stephen was educated at Blackrock College before completing a Master's degree in Business Management at Trinity College Dublin. He is also a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) and a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Pensions Management (FIIPM), reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards and continually expanding his expertise.

Known for his client-focused approach, professionalism and depth of knowledge, Stephen is passionate about helping clients create financial plans that provide clarity, confidence and long-term peace of mind 🤝
