Over the course of his career, he has built more than 30 years of experience across capital markets, banking, wealth management and financial planning 📈 This extensive background has given him a deep understanding of markets, investments and long-term financial planning, helping clients navigate their financial journeys with confidence.

Today, Conor provides a personal and professional advisory service, helping clients plan for every stage of life. From wealth management and retirement planning to protection, succession and estate planning, he works closely with clients to develop clear strategies that provide confidence, security and peace of mind for the future.

As a Certified Financial Planner, Conor is passionate about helping clients protect and grow their personal and family wealth while keeping capital preservation at the heart of every recommendation. He takes pride in building tailored financial plans and ensuring investment and pension strategies align with each client's goals, circumstances and attitude to risk.

Known around the office for being friendly, efficient and collaborative 🤝 Conor enjoys working closely with both clients and colleagues, always bringing a practical, solutions-focused approach to every conversation.

Outside of work, Conor is a self-confessed fair-weather golfer, an occasional gym-goer (strictly within his comfort zone!), a dedicated underage GAA coach and a sporadic doubles tennis player. When he's not helping clients plan for the future, you'll usually find him enjoying one of his many sporting interests ⛳💪🏐

Niamh brings a unique blend of creativity, expertise, and client-first passion to her role. Her journey shows that sometimes the most unexpected paths lead exactly where you’re meant to be 🧡

Her story begins with a degree in Dance & Theatre from the University of Derby 🎭 While it may seem worlds apart from financial services, the skills she developed there still shape how she works today. Her background gave her a performer’s ear and a communicator’s touch — helping her listen beyond words, understand the story behind what clients share, and explain complex financial strategies in a clear, calm, human way.

After returning to Ireland in 2015, Niamh committed fully to financial services, completing QFA, RPA, PTP, and CFP qualifications. A reflection of her drive and dedication to high-quality advice and client care 👏

She began her career in financial services in the UK before moving back to Ireland, where she joined Tara Financial and spent 10 years building an exceptional career 🌱 Starting as a Client Services Manager, she progressed to Financial Advisor and later Director / Head of Compliance, all while remaining closely connected to clients — always her main passion.

Today, as Senior Financial Advisor with Gallivan Financial, Niamh is known for her client-focused approach, strategic mindset, and drive to improve. Whether it’s achieving better outcomes for clients, bringing fresh ideas to the team, or supporting a positive workplace, she brings energy and purpose to everything she does.

Outside of the office, Niamh loves spending time at the stables with her horse 🐴 Whether she’s grooming, riding, or enjoying some free time over canter poles, it’s where she feels most at home (although she’ll happily admit mucking out is not her favourite part!). She’s also a big fan of getting lost in a good book and keeping active with reformer Pilates classes 📚💪
