Afternoon Receptionist job vacancy

Duties include but not limited to:

Reception, assisting guests, check ins, questions, answering emails
Working with systems, Booking.com, Cloudbeds and Expedia, training will be provided here
Taking payments, managing cash
Ability to work off of your own initiative

Afternoon to evening hours

Helping out in other areas when needed

Breakfast staff

The roles include but not limited to :
Making sure the dining room and kitchen are clean and tidy to begin
Setting up the dining room, making up bread baskets, fruit salads, setting up juices, yoghurts, scones, coffee machine etc
Breakfast starts at 7.45 and continues right though to 10.30
Assisting guests, taking food orders, bringing them out, clearing and resetting tables, making sure the buffet is topped up at all times
After breakfast, clearing and resetting tables
Cleaning the buffet, bringing all buffet in, wash up, kitchen tidy up etc
Washing from rooms begins here too
Making sure kitchen is clean and tidy and ready for next day
Making bread, fruit salad and scones
Hoovering, washing floors etc
Dusting
General cleanliness
Helping out in other areas when needed also

Early morning to afternoon varied hours

Full time 30-40 hours weekly
