Today, The National Lottery has introduced TLC: Think, Look, Check, a new initiative aimed at promoting responsible play and enhancing age verification practices throughout their retail network.
Through new retailer materials and mandatory training, TLC helps ensure National Lottery products are sold responsibly and only to those aged 18 and over.
We are delighted to have taken part in the launch of this important campaign. Our National President, Sara Orme, was present at the event, and we remain committed to supporting and promoting responsible play within our members' stores.
Protecting young people from underage play remains a key priority of The National Lottery, and TLC is another important step in supporting retailers to uphold the highest standards of responsible play.
