📯New project announcement!!

A New Journey Begins: "YES-EDU" Has Officially Started!👏
We’re excited to share that our new project YES-EDU – Youth Engagement for Sustainable EDUcation has officially started.

⭐️Over the next two years Meath Partnership and our project partners from ISUM - Croatia and Tandem Plus Network -France, will collaborate to create more opportunities for young people, especially those living in rural areas and facing different challenges in everyday life.

💫Through YES-EDU, we want to support young people in learning, growing, connecting, and feeling included in their communities. The project will also help youth workers strengthen their skills, explore new digital tools, and create inclusive and inspiring ways of working with young people.

🌟We believe every young person deserves the chance to be heard, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential — the YES-EDU project is one step in that direction.
We can’t wait to share our activities, ideas, and results with you along the way. Stay with us on this journey. 💙

A student can be in the classroom and still be left out😞

As the Transform Erasmus + Project comes to a close we are reflecting on and sharing the knowledge we gathered. A main area of findings from the project focused on the area of inclusion in VET.

Our findings - a student can be in the room and still be left out
that is why inclusion in VET cannot stop at access, it must create real conditions for participation.🤝

👨‍🏫Across TRANSFORM workshops in six European countries, participants faced different barriers: language, confidence, communication needs, and different learning styles. The lesson was clear: participation must be designed.

☑️When educators adapt the pace, use visual methods, offer alternatives and create space for every learner to contribute, the classroom changes.

☑️Inclusion is not about asking students to fit into existing systems. It is about shaping learning spaces where more people can take part from the start.

Access is only the beginning; real inclusion starts when participation becomes possible.

Tech Timeout & Connection for the Bank Holiday weekend☀️

Digital Wellbeing For Families (Digital Upbringing Project)
Sometimes the most powerful digital wellbeing tool is… switching off.!
A short, shared break from screens can change how families connect.
🩷No notifications.
💛No scrolling.
🧡Just conversation.
When families create small, regular tech-free moments, something shifts.
🩵People listen more.
💜Share more.
💛Understand each other better.
It doesn’t have to be perfect,
🩷Start with 15 minutes.
🩵One question at the table.
🧡One walk without phones.

Connection doesn’t compete with technology.
It just needs space.🥰

💛 What’s one small way your family creates screen-free time together?
