Strip... Beds and leave in vacuum bags

Pull... Mattress / chair cushions slightly away from the wall

Open... Fridge slightly to prevent mildew

Open... Curtains and let the winter sunshine shine in

Turn off... Gas and all plug sockets

Drain... Water system

Sink's ...
To prep your sink. First, clean the sink thoroughly and pour hot white vinegar down the drain. Let it sit for a few hours, then rinse with warm water. Rub a lemon wedge around the drain to leave a fresh scent. Once dry, place the paper towel and upside-down glass. This will prevent insects coming in and avoid drain smells.

Hinges... Spray with silicone spray to ensure they stay lubricated

Moisture Trap... Leave cat litter with fabric fresher balls around mobile 'place will smell nice too'

Locking up... Place vaseline on key hole to stop sea air corroding
