our first event for Ability West

REGISTRATION..........................Hi all, apologies if you are having problems with the online registration. We hope to have the problem solved shortly but dont worry we will have registration on Saturday from 9.00am to 10.30a. If you are around Glenamaddy you can also register in Donnie Keaveney's until Friday evening. We will also have a registration table in Supervalu Friday evening from 6pm to 10pm.

Hey gjuys just a few race rules to note before next weekend:

Run/Walk:
Starts promptly at 11.00am from Community school in Glenamaddy
Please walk on right hand side of road.
Apart from that ye can let rip and enjoy the country air!

Cycle:
Cycle race starts at 11.15 from community school
All cyclists must wear helmets, there is no exception to this rule we're afraid!
Please cycle on left hand side of road, stewards will be in place at major junctions so ye wont get lost.
All cyclists are responsible for their own bikes so bring puncture kits incase repair is necessary.

Duathlon:
Start time 11.00am sharp from community school.
Bike racks will be in place and it is a first come first served basis for best spot.
Again all athletes must have a helmet for cycle route
The duathlon will not be chip-timed, there will be a large digital clock on finish line and individual times will be posted the evening after the race.
A day license is not necessary fort his event
