Pre-season starts on the 12th of August at 7:30pm!

Training will take place every Wednesday and Friday at 7:30pm, and all new and returning players are more than welcome.

Well done to eoghan, Adam, mikey, noah, James, conaire, Kyle, Dylan and Lincoln ( not in photo) for playing in the under 16 connacht summer programme. The lads played today for west connacht and were only team to be unbeaten. Great rugby played by all teams and these Dunmore boys really done us proud.

Well done to Cormac, Mirran and Rory who played for the Connacht Under 18's, winning 52-17. Both Mirran and Rory scored a try each.

Well done to Rian Healy who played for the Connacht under 17 team against EIRA at Dangan today. Connacht winning 44-10.
