If you have been craving a burger… today is the day!🍔 Whether it’s chicken or beef, celebrate International Burger Day with your favourite burger.

Becoming self-sufficient isn’t one of those things that happens overnight. Here are some tips we recommend when beginning:
🥕Visit farmers' markets.
🍴Find and cook recipes that emphasise on using a small and simple amount of ingredients.
🌱Grow your own fruits / vegetables or even some herbs.
🥣Use preserving techniques - canning, freezing and pickling are all easy and great ways to preserve high quality food all year round.
