With deliciousness and flavour at the fore of this snack, these fresh and nutty Enrich muffins are to die for!🧁🤤

This week we celebrated Brazilian Independence Day🇧🇷 bringing a taste of Brazil to our sites!
A great opportunity to celebrate Brazilian culture, flavours and traditions🙌

Last week, we celebrated another exciting milestone in our chefs’ development with our Chef Level 3, Module 2 Showcase🙌👩‍🍳

Over the past four weeks, the team focused on Gastronome & Platter Food Events, building their hospitality skills and confidence across a range of areas — from cooking in bulk and preparing salads and dressings, to charcuterie displays and buffet presentation and service.

The showcase was a fantastic opportunity to bring everything they’ve learned together, and demonstrate the skills they’ve developed throughout the module.
A huge congratulations to everyone involved — a brilliant showcase of talent, hard work and passion! 👏✨
