What version of you shows up this summer? ☀️

I’ve entered Summer as different versions of myself many times over the last decade..

Life gets in the way, s**t happens, I get that, I’ve experienced it.

But the better I’ve showed up during summer and pre summer, the better life has been as a bi product.

Getting abs will not make your life better.

Getting a bicep vein doesn’t help make life any easier and back muscles won’t help either..

But having more energy will 💡

Being able to handle stress better will 💡

Being able to push yourself when things get difficult will 💡

Having better and healthier habits will 💡

This list goes on here..

The lessons and skills you learn getting into the best shape of your life carry’s over.

Things like this are why they are so important to me.

It ain’t Miami but it’s home to her, where she grew up, where her school friends still live and a special place to me 🩵

There is nothing worse than spinning your wheels every week looking for that ‘Fresh start’ again..

Life will always be busy, something will always be happening, it’s your responsibility to be an adult and do the work regardless.

2026 should be the year you talk less and do more!

It’s not all steaks and chopping boards here 🥩

You don’t need to have a perfect diet, I’ve always favoured 80/20 approach for our clients and myself ⚜️

I don’t drink alcohol very often, on average once a month 🍺

When the weather is nice, I’d never say no to an ice cream 🍦

A Mcdonalds Breakfast? Big fan 🪭

The secret to holding a great physique? (Not steroids shock)

15 years training in gyms ✅

Nearly a decade of having over 170g of protein every single day ✅

Something I always do is have my staples meals almost everyday, picture 2 is a weekly shop not including all my “off plan meals” I have weekly 👋🏼

Eggs 🔱
Steak 🔱
Lean mince 🔱
Liver 🔱
Sardines 🔱
Greek yoghurt 🔱
Kiwis 🔱
Berries 🔱
Bananas 🔱
Mixed veggies 🔱

I have the above at least two times a day every single day and have for years!

You do not have to be PERFECT to attain a great physique 👌🏼

Forget the all or nothing approach ⚡️

Unless you are an athlete, or gonna train like one the it’s mostly BS.

Here’s 3 things to NOT do when getting in shape this summer ❌

(1) Do not go 2/3 days without exercising or training
(2) Make sure you train once from Friday-Sunday
(3) Don’t ask for steroids & peptides before years of consistent training and nutrition

Client & Friend Niamh lost over 75lbs of body fat without cutting out carbs or losing her social life!! 💫

We never went crazy low calories, we didn’t need to take away her social life and we didn’t need to live out of lunch boxes 🥦

Yes she worked hard, yes we had bad weeks and yes it wasn’t always perfect but it doesn’t need to be to get results.

She worked her ass off and she embodied everything we look for in a client 🤚🏻
