OatFull Energy Balls π₯π«
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup OatFull (ground into a coarse flour in a blender)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon mixed seeds
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (can be replaced with chopped raisins or other chopped fruit)
Method
- Heat the peanut butter and honey for 15-30 seconds in the microwave
- Add to a medium bowl with the other ingredients and stir thoroughly
- Use a tablespoon-size measuring spoon to portion and roll into balls
- Squeeze the batter, then roll into a ball to help it hold together easily
- Roll the balls in the mixed seeds until lightly coated

Apple, Cinnamon and Pecan OatFull porridge πππ―
Toppings ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Handful toasted pecans, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp honey
Method:
- Toast the pecans for 7 minutes in the oven at 180Β°C and chop
- Chop the apples and cook for ~5 minutes in a pan with coconut oil and water
- Mix in the cinnamon, maple syrup and chopped pecans and cook for another minute
- Cook your porridge and top with the apples, pecans, cinnamon and honey
- Enjoy! π₯°

OatFull banana and berry breakfast smoothie π§βοΈ
Serves 2!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup OatFull
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup plant based milk
- 1 cup plant based yoghurt
- 2 tsp honey
Method:
Put all ingredients in a blender and serve π

Raspberry & white chocolate OatFull cookies πͺ
Ingredients:
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup chia & flaxseed OatFull
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup raspberries
Method:
1. Mix ingredients together
2. Scoop the cookies on a baking pan lined with parchment paper
3. Bake at 180Β°C for 10-12 minutes

Savoury OatFull oatmeal with sautΓ©ed mushrooms, poached eggs & avocado π²
Serves 2! βοΈ
Ingredients
Oatmeal:
- 1 cup unsweetened plant based milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup OatFull
- Black pepper and chilli powder
Toppings:
- 200g sliced button mushrooms
- Olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 avocado
- Coriander
Method
1. Bring water and milk to a boil, stir in oats and reduce to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes until the oatmeal has thickened. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and chilli powder.
2. Meanwhile, heat some olive oil in a large pan. Add mushrooms, a pinch of salt and black pepper and sautΓ© for about 8 minutes until liquids are released and absorbed.
3. Bring some water to the boil in a separate pot and add the eggs. Lower to a medium heat and cook for 2 1/2 minutes.
4. Divide the oatmeal between bowls and serve with the mushrooms, poached eggs, coriander, sliced avocado and black pepper.
5. Enjoy!

Creamy OatFull Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie ππ₯
A filling and delicious vegan breakfast treat π€
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup OatFull
- 1 banana (chopped into chunks and frozen)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened plant based milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional!)
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method:
- Place the oats in the bottom of a blender and pulse a few times until finely ground
- Add the banana, milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla and most of the cinnamon
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- Sprinkle the last of the cinnamon on top and enjoy!β¨

Flourless OatFull pancakes π€π₯
The perfect Sunday treat π«
Ingredients
- 1 cup OatFull
- 1 cup milk/plant based milk
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 2 large eggs
Method
- Mix the oats, milk, maple syrup and salt in a blender until smooth
- Add the eggs to the blender and process until blended
- Ladle your batter mixture into the skillet with a small ladle or measuring cup and cook until lightly browned
- Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy!

OatFull, pecan and chocolate cookies πͺ
Bring them in a lunchbox for some mid-hike treats π
Ingredients:
50g caster sugar
100g soft brown sugar
150g butter
200g self-raising flour
100g milk chocolate drops
175g OatFull
100g chopped pecans
Method:
- Mix together both sugars and the butter in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the four and then fold in the chocolate drops, porridge oats and pecans.
- Mix well to combine. Using your hands, form the mixture into balls, then flatten slightly with a fork.
- Place them on baking sheets lined with parchment paper, leaving enough room for the cookies to spread out.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180Β°C
- Remove from the oven and allow to settle and harden for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and leave cool completely.
- Enjoy! π

4 Ingredient No Bake OatFull & Peanut Butter Squares π€
Simple, delicious & the best snack or dessert π«
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp seed mix
Method:
1. Melt the peanut butter & honey together in the microwave/on the stove
2. Combine the mixture with oats & seeds
3. Press into flat, lined baking pan
4. Place in refrigerator until set
5. Cut into squares
6. Enjoy!
