NIXTOM completed a full ensuite bathroom fit-out in a new-build home in Carlow, Co. Carlow. Even a brand-new house doesn't always come with a finished bathroom. This ensuite was left with bare walls and subfloor, so we built it properly from the ground up, following the owners' design. Before a single tile went on, we fully waterproofed the walls and floor with a tanking system, reinforcing every corner, joint, and pipe pe*******on. The finish pairs warm wood-effect porcelain planks inside the shower with large-format black marble-effect tiles across the walls and floor, and wraps the window reveal in the same tile for a clean, continuous line. A black-framed shower enclosure and a thermostatic rain shower complete the room. Built by NIXTOM, bathroom renovation and tiling across Leinster.

NIXTOM handled the flooring installation for a showroom house in a new development in Sandyford, Co. Dublin. We installed engineered oak flooring throughout the living room, entrance hall, and kitchen/dining areas. We fully bonded the flooring with wood adhesive, ensuring a solid, quiet-underfoot finish built to last. Our team focused on making sure each board sat perfectly aligned, right down to the last corner.

A full ensuite bathroom renovation completed by NIXTOM in Dundalk, Co. Louth. What started as a dated, cramped space was stripped back to bare walls and rebuilt with large-format marble-effect tiles, a walk-in shower with a brushed copper shower system, a floating vanity unit, and a backlit mirror cabinet. Every detail, from the heated towel rail to the tile alignment, was finished to the same standard we bring to every project.
