I hate to see a company unfairly treated. If you think you have been led down the garden path your you have been given bad advice, talk to computer support services. A chat over the phone doesn't cost you anything.
Just checked in on a few servers that we installed in June 2014. Because we pride ourselves on configuring automated maintenance and recovery these machines have run without human intervention very happily for over a year and a half. Todays check was the first in about six months and nothing needs to be done. That's just the way we like it. If something goes wrong we will be alerted. Also daily summary reports are sent to the office administrator every day and a detailed report is sent every Sunday so if something comes up that may need our attention we will know about it right away. So far so good. :)

This pc came to us yesterday dirty and in very bad condition. It's now going back to its office ready to be used in the morning.

It's a cold one this morning.
One more happy customer this morning. It took a while to find drivers for his old hardware but we finally upgraded him from windows XP to Windows 10. One more XP installation relegated to the history books. :)
