‘Glacial’ pace of cycle lanes rollout in Louth needs more political will Louth County Council has been urged to up its game and start building cycling lanes around Drogheda.

Calls are growing for improved cycling and transport infrastructure in Drogheda, with Noel Hogan of the Drogheda Cycling Group urging faster progress on active travel plans.

He says delays are impacting daily life and limiting safer travel options across the town.
