There’s NO Ceili Club tomorrow

This has been a particularly irritating summer for hayfever for me! Anyone else? I’ve found my asthma has been aggravated too 🙃

But the salt room is honestly fantastic so if you or any of your family, suffer from congestion, chesty coughs, blocked or runny noses etc etc I can highly recommend the benefits of the salt room

✔️ SALT AIR LIGHT Therapy is open Tuesday to Saturday offering salt therapy, red light and compression for all your recovery and wellbeing needs

✔️ Healing Hands Therapy is open every Tuesday to Friday and provides massage, reflexology, facial reflexology and lymphatic drainage massage

✔️ baby_sensory_northwest is here every Tuesday providing adorable classes for little ones

✔️ Scoil Rince Tir Chonaill are running adult ceili classes every Thursday, free of charge
