so much has happened this year that it’s almost impossible to put it all into words.

but for now, the main thing I will say is ~
choose you, choose love, choose compassion, choose forgiveness & choose to live.

the longer you ignore yourself & the life out there waiting to be lived - the greater & longer the pain.

there is so much joy waiting for all of us, but you do have to take that uncomfortable risk first. choose peace because you deserve it, even when you think you don’t.

I’m so grateful for the beautiful people in my life. I’m so grateful to learn who was truly there when I was in so much pain. I’m so grateful for the real & true beautiful love all around me now because now, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. I’m so grateful to be here.

I’m so grateful to have travelled to many beautiful countries this year with music, yoga and the camino, to tour In beautiful places and sing on even more beautiful stages.

we all deserve love and support, and if you are need of that today - reach out to even one person.

it feels like a mountain to reach out but I promise you it’s so so worth it when you do. we humans are not supposed to be alone & you deserve to be heard and listened to.
I promise, there is so much light on the other side of that mountain.
