We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. If you have a passion for food, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Consistently deliver high-quality dishes, ensuring excellent taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient and well-organised service.
• Monitor food quality throughout all stages of preparation and service, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
• Conduct regular checks on ingredients to ensure freshness, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Support the Head Chef in meeting service demands and maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to junior members of the kitchen team.
• Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and HACCP procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
• Assist with the induction and training of new kitchen staff.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture.
