Think Visual, based in Clonakilty, West Cork is Naomi Fein's venture. Our community, Her Circle, supports female business owners.

Our goal is to support clarity and collaboration through visual coaching, business mentoring and facilitation. In Think Visual, we see each person as an agent of change. We believe that meaningful positive change comes when people feel ownership and agency over their issues and feel connected to one another. We want to help grow a culture of positive care and empowerment within large organisations

I can't believe that I have already published four articles! In March, publishing the first one felt like such a challenge. With each article submitted, it became easier. Getting ready for the September article, it actually feels normal.

And I'd love your help getting ready for the next one - I'm thinking that September is a career threshold, for both business owners and job seekers. So to explore that, I’m going to have a conversation with Karen O'Reilly, MBus, ACCA, who runs the recruitment agency “EmployFlex”.

I'm curious about what is happening for people who are searching for their next job. Like for entrepreneurs, so much is changing with AI taking centre stage, the cost of living rising, and global unrest impacting the local job market.
I'm looking forward to getting a better understanding of the reality Karen sees and the advice she has for people who are on the lookout for their next career.

Before we talk, I'd love to hear from you: What does September mean to you?
Are you getting ready for a new career, starting a business, or finding a new direction? What do you wish for some magic to make easy? Or what superpowers do you wish you had? And if there's a question you'd want me to put to Karen, or a topic you'd like the two of us to dig into - please send them my way; I’ll make sure to have them in my pocket.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Delighted to share - my short story THE SILVER BELL won first prize in the corkcountycouncil International Women’s Day flash literature short story competition! 🥳🎉😍

I’m so proud and pretty sure my mom, up in heaven, had played a part in this.
It’s a story about my relationship with my mom who was a writer herself and a gift giver, and how, despite her being gone for 4 years, our relationship keeps evolving.

I’d like to send much gratitude to the Clonakilty Library crew - this wouldn’t have made a reality without your incredible support!

If you like to read the story follow the link

And let me know what you think!

Delighted to have my article in the westcorkpeople again this month: “Drop your tool and save your life”.
It’s about the wildland firefighters who won't drop their tools even when it costs them their lives, and the question I've been asking clients ever since I heard that story: what are you holding onto that would let you move with more ease if you dropped it? My own answer is in there too - three generations of doing, and what it took to put it down.

Get your copy or read it on my blog - https://www.thinkvisual.ie/blog/drop-your-tool

Would you like to have it in audio too? I listen more than I read, so I am wondering if there are more who like me will enjoy a short listen?

My mother used to say, "We have money like garbage."

She didn't mean rich.
She meant: for what truly matters,
the money will always be there.

I believed her.
I also made €300k in a year
and kept almost none of it.

Both things are true.
That's what I wrote about this week.

And on June 9th, I'm hosting a Lighthouse Talk on exactly this - the money stories we inherited, and what it takes to actually change them.
With Jole Berlage-Buccellati. Online. €10.
