AJ BELL MCR 10K Race Day👟
Securing my PB in giving it everything I could! So happy with the outcome after a busy few weeks of back to back racing.
For me a non negotiable race day routine is using my Deep Heat & Deep Freeze Products! Pre race is always with my Rapid Gel, a fast acting gel that works within 60s, you can literally pop it on by the start line! It helps ease my muscles before kicking off. Following up post race with the Deep Freeze, to give me a soothing relief and cool my muscles down! If you haven’t tried them yet, then add them into your next race day kit!
