I'v been playing Camogie for the past 24 years, for the most part with my local team Truagh/Clonlara, where we now enjoy playing up in the senior rankings. I have also trained Camogie teams up along the years. I'm a keen walker, having walked 933km, the Camino de Santiago, a pilgrimage walk, in 2014. I enjoy running, 10k races, Half Marathon's and completed the Great Limerick Run Marathon in 2013. I love adventure racing, having completed Gaelforce West, Women's Adventure Race and Killarney Adventure Race in recent years. I also took part in Adare to Survive and Ireland's first Tough Mudder in 2014. But most of all, I enjoy a good workout, and am a member of DAWN Fitness Club for the past 5 years. When not training myself, i love coaching others, helping them to set realistic health & fitness goals, and guiding them towards progression and eventual achievement of these goals, resulting in them looking better on the outside, feeling better on the inside!!
