Holistic High Performance
I help overwhelmed professionals cultivate clarity, freedom and confidence by building an Unstoppable
“Nothing changed. Ijust changed how I saw something”
That’s probably the simplest way I can explain what HHP actually is and what the process looks like.
Every day people come to me carrying challenges they can’t shake. Internal narratives running on loop. They know they want to move forward but can’t figure out why they’re still stuck. Or they’re sitting inside a blindspot so completely they don’t even know it’s there.
The process in theory is simple.
I help remove your internal barriers so you can become free. Internally and externally.
Yesterday a client came to me not entirely sure what he needed.
We were talking about an opportunity he has coming up to put his voice out there. On the surface he seemed fine. Then I asked him one question.
“Have you defined what success looks like for you?”
He said no, but he thought it would be about gaining more confidence when it all went well.
There was the blindspot.
His metric for confidence was completely outcome dependent. When I do this, it goes well, I get good feedback, then I’ll feel confident.
That’s not trust. That’s proving.
We went from talking about the surface level event to talking about how sharing his voice created so much anxiety in him. He wanted to say the right thing. He didn’t want to come across as stupid. And then he landed on it himself.
“I don’t know if my voice and what I have to say actually brings much value.”
That one sentence was creating all of it. The pressure. The nerves. The constant second guessing.
So I asked him to hold space for something. The fact that he already uses his voice. Every single day.
And he said this: “There’s so much power when people have a space to share their struggles, know they are heard, understood and really listened to.”
He believes in that.
Deeply.
And when we unpacked it, he realised he’s been creating those spaces already. Not occasionally. Daily.
He didn’t need to do anything different. He just needed to see what he was already doing.
That’s the shift.
From proving yourself to trusting yourself. And once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
That’s HHP.
DM “TRUE” to understand how you use your emotional landscape as you’re greatest asset as a business owner 🧠
Something happens when you hit the success you’ve been working towards.
You expected to feel it
To arrive
To finally breathe
But for a lot of people, it doesn’t feel like that at all.
It feels heavy
Disconnected
Like you built exactly what you were supposed to and somehow it’s still not quite right.
And the easiest thing in the world is to keep pushing through
Either because you don’t know there’s another way, or because it’s all you’ve ever known, or because the stories you carry tell you that questioning it means something’s wrong with you
Jodie is what happens when you stop settling for that
When she came into my world she had built an incredible level of success
From the outside, everything looked right
But something in her knew it wasn’t fully hers
She was operating from expectation
From what she should do
From what was best for everyone else
And with that came the guilt
The self-doubt
The quiet question of “is this it?” followed immediately by wondering if she was ungrateful for even asking
That changed through our work together.
She left the corporate world and built her own business, The Financial Toolkit.
She turned down jobs most people would bite your hand off for
She speaks up in ways she never did before
She makes decisions without second-guessing herself because now she operates from clarity, confidence and calm
She didn’t find a new strategy. She upgraded the human running the show.
That’s what True Fuel Operator is.
Sixteen weeks. A step by step process to rebuild your operating system so you have clarity, creativity and direction back. Not the version that got you here. The version that actually feels like you.

Here’s what fear-fuelled leadership actually looks like:
→ You overthink every decision because getting it wrong feels dangerous.
→ You struggle to delegate because you don’t trust anyone to meet your standard.
→ You chase the next goal, but never let yourself enjoy reaching it.
→ You stay busy because slowing down feels uncomfortable.
→ You say yes when you want to say no because disappointing people feels unsafe.
Most high performers don’t realise they’re being fuelled by fear.
Because it works.
Until it doesn’t.
Fear gets you out of bed.
Fear pushes you to hit the deadline.
Fear keeps you saying yes.
Fear helps you build the business.
Which is exactly why it’s so dangerous.
You start confusing performance with pressure.
You believe stress is the reason you’re successful.
So you protect the very thing that’s quietly costing you everything.
From the outside, you’re succeeding.
From the inside, you’re surviving.
Fear can create short-term performance.
But it destroys long-term capacity.
It narrows your thinking.
It keeps your nervous system in protection mode.
It makes you react instead of create.
And eventually, the business you built for freedom starts feeling like the very thing you’re trapped inside.
The goal isn’t to eliminate fear.
The goal is to stop letting fear sit in the driver’s seat.
Because the fuel that gets you to your first level of success...
Is rarely the fuel that will take you to your next.
What’s driving you today?
Over the years, I thought solving burnout was the thing that mattered most.
But over time, I realised two important things.
Firstly, the people who needed the most help rarely described themselves as burnt out.
They’d say they were just “busy.”
They’d tell themselves it was just a tough season.
They’d convince themselves they were fine because they were still performing.
Still leading.
Still making decisions.
Still getting results.
The second thing I realised was even more important.
Burnout isn’t the root problem.
It’s the consequence.
It’s what happens when someone spends too long operating from the wrong fuel.
Fear.
Pressure.
Proving.
Responsibility.
Hypervigilance.
The constant belief that slowing down means falling behind.
You can optimise your calendar.
Take a holiday.
Improve your sleep.
But if the thing driving you never changes, you’ll eventually end up back in the same place.
Because the problem was never that you worked too hard.
It was the fuel you were asking yourself to run on.
That’s why I stopped trying to solve burnout.
And started helping people become True Fuel Operators.
Because when you change the fuel, everything changes.
You still build.
You still lead.
You still perform.
But you no longer have to sacrifice yourself to do it
Sometimes the reality of leadership is this 👆🏻
And it’s what most people skip because they’ve been sold a lie
the old version of me would have pushed through today, worked for the sake@of proving that I could keep up
But now. Leadership is this to me.
It’s bed at 3PM because you need rest.
And i will give myself that because that’s what’s required.
💪🏻
“This has to be more to life than this”
I remember having that thought so viscerally that I couldn’t unthink it
I was one hour in to working a 14hour day
3 days after major surgery and I though to myself
“ this cannot be it”
“How have I built something that cannot let me actually take time I should?”
I didn’t know it at the time but the business wasn’t the issue
How I was operating inside the business way
Always responsive
Always on
Always managing, responding
I couldn’t switch off because I felt that if I did everything would fall apart
I was proving and pleasing my way to success
And I was successful
But it was coming at the cost of my health
But what happened that wasn’t an overnight change
It was clarity but not in way that I felt excited for
I came with a lot of shame
I questioned myself daily
And I felt ungrateful
“ what else could you possibly want?”
Circled over and over in my mind
“ what’s wrong with me? If I can’t be happy here?”
I was asking all the wrong questions
So I started getting curious of how I was feeling
and started making changes and adjustments because it
I believed that choosing more aliveness, more living, more excitement and more of what made me ME was a failure because I had built something so successful
But I made the decision anyway
And now I realise that ut would have been a bigger failure to settle for a life that felt half alive, half me and half of what I actually wanted
If you are still reading this right now. My invitation to you is to listen to your signals - to get curious about what’s beneath them
And listen to the direction they may be leading you
ITS ALLOWED TO BE FUN
ITS GETS TO BE GOOD
YOU GET TO FULLY LIVE
“ WHAT IF I LOOSE MY AMBITION”
I get this fear because I had it too
I used to be terrified that if I changed how I operated it would come loss
I’d lose my ambition
But here’s my question:
“What if your ambition could be fuelled by excitement, play and exploration?”
Instead of fear, pressure or proving
What if you did things because YOU wanted to rather than had to
What if you stepped into things already trusting and knowing yourself
Because you won’t loose you’re ambition doing this work
Your ambition will finally have fuel that serves you
That gives you back peace
You’re ambition will produce success you can ACTUALLY feel
“Future me will figure it out”
Sounds harmless right?
Might even sound like you’re trusting yourself to handle whatever comes your way
And this statement is a repeated one I hear from so many different high performers I’ve worked with
But beneath every statement , I’m looking at patterns and behaviors
Always late
Always “on”
Always stressed + under pressure
Finds it hard to be present
Running on Monster, protein bars and adrenaline
But future you doesn’t want you’re leftovers
It needs your leadership
It’s needs you to have conversations
To make decisions
To follow through on the plan
To KEEP the boundaries you set
To remove the additional pressure you’re adding to yourself
Instead of transferring all that
and future you eventually becomes the version of yourself who is exhausted from always cleaning up after the decisions made by you
Surviving success isn’t the same as creating success
Because there comes a point where your ability to rescue yourself becomes the very thing keeping you stuck and at some point your body will protest
The goal isn’t to become better at handling pressure, or be better at putting out fires
It’s to stop building a life and business that constantly demand it
