The aim of my business is to do some everyday home baking that will be suit all tastes. Also I aim to do some dairy free, egg an nut free bakes which will allow people with these allergies to have access to nice cakes and pastries. My customer profile will be the general public of all ages, nursing home clientele which would encourage older and not so able bodied to have access to some fancy pastries and cakes and to supply local shops
