James Smith is a one of a kind talent, not only is he an insane artist in his own right with one of the most incredible voices in Ireland, he also produced, mixed & engineered my new album NECTAR too! I mean who does that??? He's an inspiration and I'm very happy to have him at the launch next Friday!

It's taken 4 long years to get to this moment and so much life has happened in that time! From the beginnings of writing it in Paris back in Feb 2022, to recording it as a live album first & also crowdfunding for the studio version in 2023, to losing my 4th daughter Ellis at the end of 2024, to the blur of a year that was 2025 when I started releasing alot of this music slowly to distract my grieving mind, to my 5th daughter Keelin being born early 2026, and now just a mere 8 singles later, at long last the full album is here!

It features 6 incredible guest vocalists Melina Malone Shiv, Mik Pyro ๏ผช๏ฝ๏ฝ๏ฝ๏ฝ๏ฝ๏ฝ๏ฝ, J Smith & Gemma Dunleavy who were all a dream to work with!
It's definately the most upbeat & danceable body of work I've done so far and has been amazing having something positive like that to focus my mind through what was a very difficult time! Also seeing the reactions of crowds go mad for these songs live has been a real treat as thats the main reason I started this band all those years ago in the first place!
It's a real end of an era for me peeps, go forth all you buzzerz and get that sweet sweet NECTAR into you :)

That was an ADVENTURE! Thank you all the buzzers on Clare Island for making the first ever PAYDAY show outside of Dublin such a special one and for inviting us down to the festival! Never seen the gig mobile fly before ๐
