At Inside Out, we believe that real wellbeing starts from the inside. We care for the body in a natural way, and we respect its own rhythm. Body, mind and spirit are connected.
This is why Laura’s practice is a perfect match for our space. Her Seasonal Yoga & Ayurveda follows the same idea: we are part of nature, and as the seasons change, we change too.
This autumn, the class is slow and mindful. Gentle flows and warming movements help the body feel warm from the inside. It is a calm time to rest, to reflect on the energy of summer, and to release it before winter arrives.
Laura is a lovely, experienced yoga teacher, and we are very happy to welcome her to Inside Out. 🤍

Starting this Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, we’re launching something new: Pilates & Yoga Fusion with Brenda!
We combine the core strength, stability, and alignment of Pilates with the movement flow, flexibility, and mindfulness of Yoga into one unique, energizing session.

Price: €15 (Drop-in)
Who is it for? All levels welcome! Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, modifications are provided so everyone gets the most out of class.

After months of intense work that made time pass unnoticed, there are still a few final touches ahead, but the doors are officially open.
What was once a Beauty Room has now evolved into a Skin Clinic & Wellness — a destination where science, aesthetics, and wellbeing come together to create an elevated standard of care.
This space is more than growth.
It is the materialization of a dream built with purpose, perseverance, and passion.
