The entrance sets the tone. The rest takes it somewhere else.
Bold architecture, open spaces, endless rice fields and coconut trees framing the view.
A home where the landscape isn’t just something you look at.
It’s part of the architecture.

A first impression that only gets better.
From a statement entrance to architecture opening onto endless rice fields and coconut trees, every perspective was designed in conversation with its surroundings.
Inside and outside don’t compete here.
They become one.
VENI VIDI VICI UBUD, BALI
Some villas belong to a place. This one feels born from it.
Six bedrooms set between Ubud’s jungle and rice fields, where bold architecture opens itself to the landscape at every turn.
Raw textures, tropical lines, endless green, was designed to make its surroundings part of the experience.
A different way to experience Ubud.

A rare setting. A strong location. One plot available.
Just 10 minutes from Ubud Center, this rare plot opens onto beautiful rice field views, offering the privacy, natural surroundings and sense of openness that are becoming increasingly difficult to find this close to Ubud.
And as Djime explains, the potential of a project starts with understanding the land itself, its light, airflow, orientation and surroundings, before designing around it.

Every project has its own material language.
Reclaimed wood, teak, bangkirai, lime plaster, marmocer…
A selection of materials that bring texture, character and depth to a villa, and turn a design into something that feels entirely its own.
At Magnitude, our projects don’t stop at the standard. We explore materials, finishes and details that can be integrated into your villa to push the design further.
Because custom should go beyond the floor plan.
