πThis technique is the gentle form of breathwork which allows the client to breathe gently and deeply, till the divine energy takes over the breath. This is when the powerful healing occurs: stuck energy, trauma, emotions and stress is moved out of the body, mind and soul, with the power of gentle breathing.
πMy mind is blown how powerful yet gentle this method is.
πI'm so excited to integrate rebirthing breathwork with my 1-1 sessions with sound healing to help others strip away layers of energetic blocks, the way it has profoundly helped me during this course.
