Qualifications:
• 6 years experience on a range of projects, hospitality or workplace experience is preferable.
• Architecture or Interior Design degree from accredited institution.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and experience with 2D/3D a plus.
• Excellent design and communications skills are critical.
• Excellent detail knowledge is critical
• Coordinate with consultants and/or clients
• Coordinate project manuals
• Review submittals/construction work for compliance with construction documents
• Develop and Coordinate detailed design concepts
• Prepare design plan, elevations and details, reflected ceiling plans, millwork design, etc.
• Ownership and generation of project documents including plans, sections, details, etc., in coordination of a complete construction document package
• Strong client contact experience.

- Mahir dalam membuat 3D sketchup model
- Mempunyai pengetahuan dalam proses konsep design arsitektur dan interior design
- Mempunyai motivasi dan integritas yang tinggi
- Mempunyai pengetahuan mendalam untuk bahan bangunan, detailing dan teknik konstruksi terutama bangunan medium to high rise adalah plus.
- Mahir dalam AutoCAD dan Sketchup
- Berdomisili di Tangerang dan sekitarnya
