Hi Everyone! Engineering Offgrid is proud to announce our first service trip that will be held on the 25th of April from (7:30 - 3:00pm) We will be working in partnership with Azzura Solar to wire and install 4 solar panels with generators to 4 homes in a community village in Marga Mulya. Engineering Offgrid Club held a Seminar hosted by Professor Dr.Khamarrudin. He discussed the problem of energy consumption in Indonesia and what are possible solutions to this problem and what he has done to improve the current situation. We (Engineering Offgrid) also introduced our first service trip where we will install solar panels connected to lights to provide power and lighting to villages in Marga Mulya who have no access to electricity.

Tomorrow, a leading university professor and energy director Dr. Kamaruddin from the Bandung Institute of Technology is coming over to JIS to give a presentation specifically for our Engineering Club. His presentation will entail his current solar projects in Banyumeneng and his upcoming one in Seriwe . All E.O.G. members are highly recommended to join, as this will be a prelude to our upcoming service trip this late April (which will also be announced tomorrow)
