Last friday, we spent a lovely day with our dairy farm partner to celebrate Italian Cheese Month.

We shared different kinds of cheese with our guests, learned more about how it’s made, and took a closer look at the cheeses we use in our kitchen every day. A day filled with good conversations, good cheese, and a little more appreciation for the craft behind what we serve at Senti.
