CQI Q Processing - Bali - July 2022
Improving the quality of coffee and the lives of people who produce it.
Gathered at the , Indonesia, and hosted by , 19 students from India, Indonesia, US, Russia, Canada got together under the guidance of and .rozental to learn and improve their skills on fermentation, sorting and drying methods.
This complex hands on certification course lasting 9 days, allowed participants to immerse themselves through all the stages of the quality process form sorting, pulping, fermentation, drying and cupping.
Beyond the learning experiences from the CQI material, we learned from each other, networked and finished the course visiting Arca coffee plantation in Ulian region to grasp a better understanding of the reality on the field that includes limitations and challenges.
Thank you to all the participants, crew, partners, you all contributed to the success of this course and we hope your take aways will contribute to the quality of coffee in your future endeavors.
We look forward to hosting another course this coming harvest at the only CQI Q Processing certified venue in Bali Indonesia.

Since Monday we have Coffee Quality Institute Q Arabica Class and Certification.
With students coming from Japan, Australia, USA, and several places in Indonesia, it is trully an international class

Bali Coffee Lab X telah menjalankan kelas Q Arabica Combo Training and Exam pertama di Bali Coffee Lab dengan instruktur Adi W Taroepratjeka pada tanggal 6 - 11Maret 2022.
Program ini diikuti oleh 8 peserta dan dilaksanakan dalam 6 hari, meliputi 3 hari persiapan dan 3 hari ujian. Mengingat kelas ini intensif dan banyak menggunakan kemampuan indera pencecap, maka protokol kesehatan diberlakukan secara ketat.
Kepada para peserta, terima kasih atas segala kerjasama dan upayanya dalam menjalani kelas ini.

Setiap harinya pukul 09.00 - 17.30 WITA
Bertempat di Bali Coffee Lab (Geo Coffee & Roastery House), Jl. Pengubengan Kauh No.94, Kerobokan Kelod, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali
Program ini diperuntukkan bagi mereka yang akan mengambil sertifikasi sebagai Q Grader Arabika. Keseluruhan program dilaksanakan dalam 6 hari, meliputi 3 hari pembekalan dan 3 hari ujian sertifikasi.
Program Q Grader Arabika adalah program tingkat lanjut (bukan kelas untuk pemula). Program Q Grader Arabica kali ini akan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa pengantar.
