Tina Raičević is Communications Sector Manager at One Montenegro, a member of the 4iG Group, where she is responsible for developing and implementing corporate communication strategies, reputation management, media relations, internal communications, corporate social responsibility and communication support for key business and strategic initiatives.

With more than 20 years of experience in communications, Tina began her career in the media, spending a decade as a journalist, editor and presenter of major news and political programmes. She later transitioned to the corporate sector, where she has focused on strategic communications, brand reputation and supporting business transformation.

Throughout her career, she has been involved in one of the most significant rebranding processes in Montenegro’s telecommunications market and has led communications for numerous strategic projects, partnerships, technological innovations and corporate events.

Together with the One Montenegro team, she has delivered award-winning campaigns recognised nationally and regionally, including Olympic Network of Montenegro, named PR Campaign of the Year at CIM Forum 2024, and One Tree Matters, awarded in the Brand Experience and Activation category at CIM Forum 2026. Their communication projects have also received recognition at KOMferencija in Split.

✨ Meet one of the recipients of the PRO PR Globe People Achievement Awards – Vincenzo Le Voci!

LeVoci Vincenzo is Secretary-General of the Club of Venice, a network bringing together communications directors from European Union member states and institutions, the UK and EU candidate countries. He has held this position since 2011.

With decades of experience in European and institutional communication, Vincenzo worked for 33 years as a European official at the General Secretariat of the Council of the EU. From 2001 to 2025, he worked within the Directorate-General for Communication, focusing on transparency, information policy and communication. Earlier in his career, he also spent seven years working for NATO in administration management and logistics.

Alongside his institutional career, he lectures at universities and international conferences on crisis communication, public diplomacy and capacity building, and contributes articles and essays to publications in the fields of communication and public diplomacy.

In 2018, he received the Europa Prize in recognition of his commitment to communication and information and his contribution to strengthening public and diplomatic relations among governmental and institutional communicators.

✨ Meet one of the recipients of the PRO PR Globe People Achievement Awards – Milena Kalezić!

With more than 15 years of experience in public relations, media relations and public policy communications, Milena Kalezic is a PR expert, entrepreneur and long-standing advisor to leaders in both the public and private sectors.

For fourteen years, she led PR Centar, one of Montenegro’s best-known communications agencies, developing and implementing communication strategies for companies, institutions, international organisations and the public sector. In recent years, her work has increasingly focused on strategic and institutional communication, media relations and communicating complex public policies to citizens.

In 2025, Milena launched NEXUSPR with her team, a media-tech startup that combines communications expertise, technology and data to develop digital solutions connecting media outlets, communicators, event organisers and institutions more effectively.

Her professional journey brings together extensive PR experience, strategic communication and an innovative, data-driven approach to building stronger relationships between organisations, the media and the public.

✨ Meet one of the recipients of the PRO PR Globe People Achievement Awards – Martin Bajželj!

Martin Bajželj is Head of the Dissemination and Communication Division at the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia (SURS). A graduate in Geography from the University of Ljubljana, he joined SURS shortly after completing his studies and has been working in public relations since 2012.

As the official spokesperson for SURS, Martin regularly provides statements to the media, participates in television programmes and lectures on statistics and public speaking. He was also one of the pioneers behind SURS’s now widely recognised approach to social media communication, an area in which he remains actively involved.

Since 2020, he has led a team of 30 employees responsible for statistical dissemination and communication, as well as internal support for SURS processes. Together with his team, he has helped develop an approach to communicating and presenting statistics that is recognised as an example of good practice in both the public administration and private sector.

His professional achievements include the Excellence in Statistical Reporting Award, presented by the Statistical Society of Slovenia, while the SURS communications team received the Prizma Award 2022 for its work in social media communication.

With more than two decades of experience, Jeanette Fors-Andrée is a senior crisis management advisor and media trainer who guides organisations and business executives through reputation crises, media scrutiny and media firestorms. With extensive hands-on experience, she helps prevent crises and negative coverage from escalating into full-blown scandals.

Her clients range from global brands and listed companies to non-profit organisations, trade associations and public figures. Throughout her career, Jeanette has also made a significant contribution to public understanding of crisis communication through media appearances, lectures, education and books.

She is the author of Own Your Agenda: How to Avoid Reputation Crises, Media Firestorms and Public Shaming and has contributed to raising professional standards within the communications industry, as well as promoting fair, predictable and transparent methods within investigative journalism.

With nearly two decades of experience in media, public administration and strategic communications, Mirjana Ivanović has established herself as one of the leading communications professionals in the region.

As the founder and CEO of PR Consultancy Hub, she advises organizations and institutions in the areas of strategic communications, public relations, media relations, public affairs and communication campaigns.

Throughout her career, she has worked as a journalist, communications adviser in public administration, and adviser to both the Deputy Prime Minister and the Prime Minister of Montenegro. Her international experience includes cooperation with the UK Government Communication Service, UNDP, OSCE and the European Union.

Mirjana also served as Secretary General of SEECOM – South East Europe Communications Network, contributing to the development of communication standards and professional cooperation across the region.

A certified adult education trainer and co-author of professional training programmes in public relations, she continues to invest in the education and development of future communication professionals.

With more than a decade of experience in the media and communications industry, Nives Polovina Barun has built an impressive career that connects journalism, strategic communication and entrepreneurship.

From 2002 to 2016, she worked as a journalist and reporter at RTL Croatia, reporting from numerous international destinations and events and interviewing prominent personalities from the worlds of entertainment and sport, including Heidi Klum, Liza Minnelli, Elton John, Diego Maradona and Luka Modrić.

In 2016, she founded Waves komunikacije, where she today serves as Director. The agency provides comprehensive PR and strategic communications services, from media relations and events to campaigns, social media, crisis communication and the promotion of EU-funded projects.

Together with her team, Nives has worked with numerous companies, institutions, cities and organisations, while also developing major conferences such as Green Horizons and Healthy Woman, Strong Future.

Her work also extends to the promotion of continental tourism and local communities, with successful PR campaigns for events including Samobor Carnival, Bučijada in Ivanić-Grad and Terezijana in Bjelovar.

Her professional journey is a story of transformation — from television journalism and international reporting to building her own communications agency and creating platforms that bring together experts, institutions, businesses and communities.
