People think band life is all glamour, champagne and sparkly outfits. Meanwhile, we’re carrying speakers at 3AM, fixing cables with one hand and changing in questionable bathrooms with the other. 😂 Behind every elegant show is one very stressed van driver, technician, psychologist and crisis manager. Every medal has two sides — you just usually see the shiny one. 😂
